Spring 2025 workshops are focused on K-5 public school classrooms within the Adirondack Park. If you teach in a context outside of public elementary schools, please respond only to Questions 1 - 3.

Submitting this survey does not guarantee a workshop. Please expect a follow-up message from Pendragon Education Coordinator Dr. Katherine E. Norman within 1-week of form submission; we will do our best to accommodate as many requests as we can.

Workshops

Animal Rescue Adventure - Designed for Kindergarten & First Grade, this drama workshop invites students to enter into an imaginary world and work together to solve problems and rescue a lion. Through playful adventure, students practice representational thinking, creative problem solving, and perspective taking.

Intro to Script Writing - Designed for Second to Fifth Grade, this workshop introduces the concept of a script. Students learn the grammatical structures of scripts and have the opportunity to create and perform their own short plays.

Character Perspectives - Designed for Kindergarten - Fifth Grade, this workshop builds on an age-appropriate stories and uses acting skills to practice taking the perspective of characters and to fully embody a story.

Other - Personalized Workshop - Available for any grade-level, this option invites you to request a specific theme, book, or topic that you would like your students to explore in a drama workshop.
