1. For anime merchandise & commercial products, kindly register as a commercial booth.
2. We only allow the sale of original products. The buying and selling of counterfeit, knock-off, or unlicensed products are strictly prohibited at NIJIKET.
3. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the sale of counterfeit products. Any booth owners found to be in violation of this rule will be warned. If they are unwilling to comply with our instructions, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the event premises.
4. We strictly prohibit the sale of second-hand items for resale, violent or socially offensive material, and adult material (R-18), yaoi, yuri, AI draw or any sexually explicit material.
5. We would like to remind all booth owners that the sale of the above items is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action taken by our team.

Admission Notice- Only the
accepted booth will receive a
BOOTH CONFIRMATION LETTER from the organizer and further details about the event.
- Not selected booth will receive an email notification.
7. Rental fees are non-refundable if the exhibitor is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons such as illness, injury, bereavement, childbirth, accidents, or inclement weather.
8. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone the event in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or sudden changes in climate.
9. Booth locations will be assigned by the organizer and cannot be chosen. We will make arrangements based on the content, aesthetics, safety, and overall considerations of the booth.
10. Incomplete registration information will be considered invalid.
11. Participating booth owners must comply with the rules and regulations set by the organizer and the venue. Any violation may result in the removal of related merchandise or disqualification from participation.
12. Requirements of IP Artist Booth:
• Applicants must be the original creators of their work.
• Applicants will be notified once they are shortlisted.( after 15th of May 2024)
• All shortlisted applicants are required to send their original artwork & other relevant promotional materials for special advertising purposes. The details of such requirements will be notified later.
• All shortlisted applicants are required to submit their product catalogue for approval containing only related original products made by the applicants themselves.
13. The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations to the event.
