MARS COMEX After Action Survey
The purpose of this form is to capture the experiences of MARS members who trained in the COMEX and quantify the type of training and skill tasks exercised throughout the MARS membership.  

Completion of this form is required by MARS stations to receive credit for the exercise.  The form will close 10 days following the conclusion of the exercise.  

Do not complete this form if you did not exercise, train or contribute to this COMEX.   Exercising, training or contributing means you actively took part in performing mission essential tasks, or training to achieve competency in these tasks.  Do not complete this form to write an explanation of why you did not exercise, train or contribute to the exercise.   If you did not exercise, train or contribute to the COMEX then you are not eligible to complete this form, your feedback is not relevant, and you do not get to credit for the exercise.

MARS  members are asked if they performed a variety of technical and complex mission essential tasks that are critical for accomplishment of the MARS mission.  At the end MARS members should write what things about the COMEX should be sustained, and how they think the COMEX can be improved.
