Dear Neighbours,
My name is James Fresco and I cherish the desire to open the first vegan & plant based supermarket in Amsterdam in the Baarsjes on the Jan Evertsenstraat in early 2021. I have the ambition to start a pleasant, professional, and contemporary store with the largest range of vegan and plant based products in our capital.

A vegan and plant-based lifestyle has been gaining popularity for years among a growing audience with diverse motivations. I also have my motivations to eat and live almost exclusively vegan and plant based.

There are so many beautiful vegan and plant based products from home and abroad. And although the range is increasing, it often remains a challenge to find tasteful and responsible food. I, therefore, believe it is high time for a specialised vegan and plant based supermarket in Amsterdam. And where else than in our vibrant and cozy neighbourhood?!

That is why I hereby make an appeal for your opinion and participation in a short survey. This supports us enormously in making several important decisions. Do you maybe have 5 minutes to help me start a wonderful supermarket? Your participation is anonymous and your answers will only be used internally.
