Program Overview:

- PAC currently provides instruction for the following instruments: violin, piano, voice (advanced and pitch-matching), guitar, flute, clarinet, recorder, saxophone and harp. Stay tuned as we grow to include more quality instrument instruction.

- Performance dates: TBD January, 2027 and June, 2027. Performances are held on PBIS campus and are included in the lesson fee. Performance in the Classrooms Concerts is a key component of the PAC Music program. All students with one or more years of study are highly encouraged to participate. Students with less than one year of study may participate with their private teacher's approval.

- Families are responsible for providing the instrument of choice and other music materials for lessons.

- Students enrolled in the program are expected to practice their instrument at home five days per week.

- Parents are encouraged to attend one or two lessons per year.

Cancellation & Termination Policy

- Cancellation - Less than 24-hour notice. Teachers are not required to make up this lesson.

- Cancellation - Planned Make-up Lessons. Each student is provided one make-up lesson opportunity per term. If a student misses a lesson for whatever reason (with more than 24-hour notice), they will be provided an opportunity at the end of the semester during the make-up lesson week to schedule one make-up lesson. If the make-up lesson cannot be scheduled by the student during the make-up week, no further make-up lessons will be provided.

- Teacher Absence. Illness or other emergencies may arise which prevent the teacher from offering a lesson at a scheduled time. If the teacher cannot provide a scheduled lesson due to illness or other reasons, make-up lessons will be scheduled when the student and teacher are available. No refunds or credits will be provided if the make-up lesson cannot be scheduled by the student.

- Student Termination. If a student decides to discontinue taking lessons from the studio, the studio requests at least thirty days advance notice. Depending upon the reason for the termination, the studio may refund pre-paid lessons in its discretion.
