In-Person NAMI Family Support Group Registration Form

Please fill in the following form to express interest in joining NAMI Urban LA for our monthly In-Person NAMI Family Support Group.

This safe, confidential group offers free support for family members, partners and friends of people living with a mental health condition. Loved ones join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom. Participants can achieve a renewed sense of hope for their loved one living with mental health condition.
