In order to determine a more accurate analysis of your daily metabolic rate, in other words how many calories you burn off, it's necessary to take into account other factors: recent diet history, activity levels, stress, sleep patterns, etc. any of which may have a negative impact on your metabolism.

When complete, simply click the 'Send form' box at the top right of your screen. We will then contact you with the results as soon as possible. We will try and get the results to you with the next 24-48 hours but this will be dependent upon our current work load. If, for any reason, we think it may be longer than 48 hours, we will let you know.

Privacy Policy: you have the option to remain anonymous if you prefer and all data submitted is in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties. Once we have compiled our report, this form will be erased from our database.

    DIETING HISTORY

    Exercise Activity

    To calculate your energy expenditure from specific exercise-based activity, we need to be able to determine both the intensity and duration of your exercise activity. The intensity can be rated by how out of breath, and/or fatigued you are, both during and after your workouts. A. Light intensity: Overall your workout is not particularly exhausting: never really out of breath, e.g. Walking, dancing, yoga, etc. B. Moderate intensity: Overall your workout is fairly tiring: regularly out of breath, e.g. Jogging, power-marching, hiking, recreational cycling, aerobics class, etc. C. High intensity: Overall your workout is quite exhausting: regular bouts of breathlessness, e.g. Running, circuit classes, weights, spinning class, body pump, sports specific - squash, etc.
