Als er iets verandert aan de gezondheidstoestand van uw kind is het belangrijk om dat door te geven aan onze organisatie,  zodat zij altijd op  de gepaste manier kunnen reageren. Contactgegevens worden bijgehouden en zijn nodig voor de dagelijkse werking. De informatie over de gezondheidstoestand van het kind wordt bijgehouden door de begeleidingsploeg en wordt dus niet doorgegeven, tenzij aan (medische) hulpverleners. De leidingsploeg heeft afspraken gemaakt om  daar vertrouwelijk mee om te gaan. 

Si quelque chose change dans l'état de santé de votre enfant, il est important de le signaler à notre organisation afin qu'elle puisse toujours réagir de manière appropriée. Les coordonnées de contact sont conservées et sont nécessaires pour le fonctionnement quotidien. Les informations sur l'état de santé de l'enfant sont conservées par l'équipe d'accompagnement et ne sont donc pas divulguées, sauf aux intervenants médicaux. L'équipe encadrante a pris des dispositions pour traiter ces informations de manière confidentielle.
