To request help with a USD 353 district-owned Chromebook, please complete this form. Someone from the district technology department will make every effort to contact you within 1 business day to help resolve the issue.
Before you complete this form, please power down the Chromebook, allow it to completely turn off, and then restart it. Most of the time, doing this will fix the problem you are experiencing. If not, continue filling out this form.
