Written permits need to be in the possession of applicant during use of the property.  Permits can be revoked if regulations or special conditions are not followed and are only valid for the approved dates indicated below. Signed copies of the permit will be given to the applicant and to the Police Department.

The Conservation Commission and the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust reserve the right to refuse any uses that are potentially damaging to the conservation values of our open space. The Town of Lincoln and Lincoln Land Conservation Trust cannot assume any liability for injuries or damage to users' property while on Town Conservation Lands; persons entering thereon do so at their own risk.
