Outdoor Event Acknowledgment
This is an outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials needed to operate their booth safely and comfortably, including tents with proper weights, tables, (we can provide chairs), and any additional setup equipment. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions.
