Important details:
- Vendors are expected to be on-site, setup & ready 30 mins before opening, and must stay until closing. Opening hours are 5:30pm-10:30pm. Vendors are not authorized to leave early. We are closed on Halloween.
- Pumpkin Nights is a 23-24 day festival
- We are a Night Time Event - Lighting, extension cords, etc. are required (rentals available)
- Limited availability. Deposit required to reserve your space.

Please inquire with the Pumpkin Nights team regarding the following:
- The festival area may be on grass, dirt, or asphalt. Specific materials will be required to secure your items.
- The venue may help with the disposal of oil, garbage, etc.
- The venue may provide water hook ups, power, etc.
- If you are serving food, specific permits are required.
