SUSA Spring 2020 VMH Undergraduate Lounge Reservation Request Form
The Smith Undergraduate Lounge (VMH Basement) s a space intended for all members of the Smith community. If your organization would like to hold events in the basement, you must fill out this form at least ONE WEEK prior to holding the event. In addition, please observe the following rules:

1) Cleanup: You must have proper cleaning accommodations for the event you are holding. For any events with food, beverages, animals, or any other possibility of a mess, you must wipe down every surface used and have a vacuum on hand.
2) Reservation Sign: You must post signs in the lounge at least 48 HOURS BEFORE the event with details about the date and time for the event.
3) Noise Limit: You must limit your sound during the event, as people might be studying in the study rooms in the back of the basement.

Please keep in mind that there are only a limited number of events allowed in the undergraduate lounge. All events must be approved by SUSA's Vice President of Administration.
