Greetings to Returning Seattle Fall Ballers and First Timers! 

We are excited that you are interested in attending The Seattle Fall Ball, aka The Black Marriage Ball, serving marriages throughout the Pacific Northwest & beyond. The Seattle Fall Ball is a MOMENT IN A MOVEMENT, and we look forward to sharing the experience with you for the first time or as a returning Seattle Fall Baller!

Your info is kept confidential and will assist us in preparing for this wonderful evening, so please take your time to read and answer all the questions as we ask you to. Format helps us with processing so please note when we ask to enter info a certain way. Thank for helping us keep things organized.

INVITE REMINDER: 
Although we appreciate all marriages and wish all marriages well, this is a private cultural-specific affinity group event for Black Heterosexual Married Couples where there is one man and one woman, and at least one spouse who identifies as African American or Black. If you identify as a heterosexual black marriage where at least one spouse identifies as Black, then this affinity event space is for you.

  • AFTER MAKING YOUR RESERVATION HERE ON THIS FORM TO SECURE YOUR SEATS IN THE BALLROOM YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT AS SOON AS YOU CAN, BEFORE THE EVENING IS SOLD OUT.  IT USUALLY SALES OUT FAST. 
  • ALSO SEATING IN THE BALL ROOM IS BASED ON WHEN YOU PAID IN FULL AS A COUPLE. WE SEAT IN ORDER OF PAYMENT IN FULL. IF YOU ARE SITTING AT A TABLE HOST TABLE YOUR SEATING IS BASED ON WHEN THE LAST COUPLE AT THAT TABLE PAYS. YOUR TABLE HOST WILL PICK YOUR TABLE IN THE ORDER WHEN THE TABLE IS PAID IN FULL. RESERVATION COST: (YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS STARTING 3/20)
  • Regular Seating Early Bird is $350- After Early Bird it will be $375 - [SOLD OUT!]
  • VIC Early Bird Seating is $400 - After Early Bird it will be $425 - [SOLD OUT!]
WHAT IS VIC SEATING [SOLD OUT!]:
  • VIC (Very Important Coupole) is NOT the same idea as VIP. We are all are VIPs but VICs are considered Seattle Fall Ball Sponsors. Theypay more to help offset cost of the event so everyone else attending can pay less. We are grateful for the VICs. 
  • VIC Tables are reserved in the front of the ballroom first two rows around the stage and dance floor.
  • If a couple wishes to be a VIC SPONSOR and does not want to sit in the first couple of rows you can choose to sit somewhere else. Pleaes note that in the selection below.
  • VIC Seating is limited. If you register for VIC and it happens to be sold out we will let you know and if you paid we will reimburse the difference if you prefer not to be a VIC sponsor if seating is sold out.

NOTE TO ENGAGED COUPLES: There are limited passes for Engaged Couples. If you are engaged to be married and identify as the affinity population, please 
  • complete your registration, and 
  • then before paying, please send an email to express your interest in participating with your name and wedding date. 
  • We will review and decide if we can approve a spot (space is limited, and we prioritize existing marriages). If you are approved for a spot, you can go online and pay at that time. Your spot isn't secured until you are paid in full.

Currently, there is only one pymt option if seats become available, and that is pay in full. However, if someone told you to click other, or you already discussed other plans, you would like to discuss other plans.
