2019-2020 Springer Family Assoc. Mini-Grant Application
It's that time again where we are asking you how the Springer Family Association can help you achieve a specific goal to provide our students and families with a superior educational experience! Please complete the form below to share your request with us. The deadline to apply for the grant is Friday, October 4, 2019, to allow our board enough time to review the requests and award the funds at our October meeting! To be eligible for a grant this year you must:

1. Be a member of the Springer Family Association. If you're not, you can easily join at SpringerFamily.org
2. Be a current teacher, staff member, coach, or activity advisor at Springer
3. If awarded grant money, you must submit receipts/proof of purchase to us for reimbursement (or have us order items requested directly).
4. All grant awards MUST be spent (and receipts submitted) before April 30, 2020, to allow us to close our books property at the end of the school year. Any money that is not spent will be forfeited and rolled back into the general budget of the association for the next school year.

Please remember we only have a limited amount of money budgeted for grants. The board will review each request individually to ensure it qualifies THEN we will determine the amount of funding we can dedicate to each.
