I HEREBY ACCEPT TO ADHERE TO ALL POLICIES OF EACH RESPECTIVE BRAND FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS

• Non disclosure of dealer price list such as dealer price lists, order sheets, inventory details, margins, commercial benefits, special dealer schemes to any other person/organization/business.

• SALE TO BE MADE ON OFFICIAL RETAIL PRICING ONLY.

• NO DISCOUNTING ALLOWED INCLUDING ANY FORMS OF CASHBACKS, VOUCHERS, OR ANY INDIRECT DISCOUNTS PASSED ON TO THE CUSTOMER.

• ANY 3RD PARTY PURCHASE PERTAINING TO THE AGREED BRANDS FROM DIFFERENT SOURCE OTHER THAN KAPIL AGENCIES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

• NO RESELLING TO ANY OTHER RETAIL STORES OR 3RD PARTY OR DEALERS.

• NO SALE ON 3RD PARTY WEBSITES SUCH AS AMAZON, FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL, EBAY, PAYTM, ETC

• SALE ON SELF OWNED WEBSITE ONLY AFTER PRIOR APPROVAL.

• ANY OTHER SPECIFIC CONDITION APPLICABLE NOTIFIED AND UPDATED PERIODICALLY

NOTE:

The above acts are clearly a breach to the terms of the agreement.
Consequently, any such malpractices which we may come across in the future will lead to the immediate termination of the dealership agreement contract.
