2018 Great Day of Service Registration Form
"God's work. Our hands."
Our eighth annual Great Day of Service will be Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is a day we set apart to serve our communities and neighbors. The day begins at the church with breakfast tacos, and after a brief devotion we go into the community to perform many simultaneous service projects. New this year is a Taco/Nacho Bar from 3:00 to 5:00 back at the church which will benefit our youth program.

There are projects for people of all talents and ages, including children. Choose how you wish to serve on this registration form. Please complete one form per person including children (either this online form or a paper form from church). Be sure to click Submit at the bottom of the form to have your registration recorded.

Registration deadline: Sunday, April 29
