• Create a safe space where people can be themselves.

• Respond promptly to incidents of bias or harm in the Holliston Community.

• Hold ourselves accountable for upholding the values in this pact.

• Develop and support initiatives that enhance safety, well-being, and belonging in Holliston.

As an individual, I pledge to:

• Take responsibility for my actions and strive for continuous improvement.

• Listen with kindness to marginalized voices and validate their experiences and perspectives.

• Continue to work on my own biases and blind spots.

• Help to create spaces where everyone feels safe to express their identities and experiences.

• Work with others in my community to address the harm that is caused by hate and bias.
