We are updating the Directory -
https://harborhealthinitiative.org/directory/ and we'd like feedback for what we're asking of providers! Below are the current things we ask and the questions we're planning on asking in the future.
Is there anything missing that you typically want to know when looking for any sort of provider? If you're a doctor is there something you want to know when sending a referral? Keep in mind that we don't want to get hyper specific. But is there a consideration or service you see come up commonly that we're missing?

- Telehealth/What States they can see people
- Do you offer Hormone Therapy?
- Do you offer PrEP?
- Are you Experienced with HIV/Aids?
- Are you Experienced with WPATH letters
- Important Certifications: Trauma Informed, Chemical Dependency, WPATH, DMDR, Gender Affirming care
- Are you part of the BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ community
- Safe referral for BIPOC individuals
- Languages Spoken
Questions to Add
- Do you see Families/couples?
- Do you have experience with Autism?
- Would you like to be added to a newsletters with medical training opportunities
- Would you like to be added to legislative newsletters for laws impacting queer populations
All feedback will be taken and considered, a new open survey will be open on May 1st with a deadline to complete by May 26th. Every provider will need to fill out the new survey to assure we have accurate information.
