The cost of the service as it stands now is $255 per child per month for the first two children and $195 for the third child and up. It is billed separately from the tuition as incidental billing on FACTS. It is billed every month at the end of the month for 10 months (August through May) This is an average cost so the same amount will be billed whether there are holidays or not in the month.
The first day the bus will start running is Monday, August 10th (dismissal in the afternoon-no morning pick up on that day).
- One-way service (For example morning only drop-off at Mecca or only an afternoon drop-off) is $195 per child per month. Please check that option below if that's your choice.
- The morning Pick-up will be at 7:45 AM from Mecca Center (16W560 91st St, Willowbrook, IL 60527). Under no circumstance will the bus wait for your arrival, if you are running late please do not send a message to the Whatsapp group to request the bus to wait.
- Afternoon drop-off is a mix of house drop-off or Mecca Center drop-off depending on the route that gives the shortest time so as to stay within one hour or so from the time of departure from Kindi to the last student dropped off.
- All parents will join a Whatsapp group to communicate with other parents and our staff. Children dropped off at Mecca must be picked up by a family (family's responsibility to arrange for pick up if they're running late) as Mecca has no personnel available for childcare at that time. Once the addresses are finalized, we will send you a link to join the group.
- This is a Full-year commitment. Drop-outs during the year are NOT allowed . Charges will still apply for the full year. Kindi is contracted with the bus company for the entire school year and we are bound by the agreement. You can switch from one-way to both-ways service but not the opposite.
We strive to make this experience smooth and pleasant for our families and students. In the first few days of operation, there might be some glitches or slight delays.
