The Rock is committed to ensuring all public health advice in relation to the running of youth groups is followed. The health, safety and well being of all members, leaders and parents is of paramount importance. The following measures will be put in place and all members, leaders and parents are asked to adhere to these procedures:

• Supervision of entry to and exit of the building will be provided by The Rock leaders.

• Entry to Junior Rock is through the main entrance of the Community Complex. Exit and pick up is from the west side emergency exit door.

• Members and parents are asked to adhere to 2m distancing as they wait to drop off/collect or enter/exit the building.

• Members will not be permitted to enter the building until 5:30pm.

• All persons entering the building are required to sanitize their hands.

• Hugging, handshakes or other physical contact/greetings are not permitted.

• Correct cough and sneeze etiquette is expected at all times.

• Children will be placed in pods. Pods will not mix outside of their assigned group. Children will be assigned to a pod on arrival at the building.

• Each pod will have a separate meeting space within Carrigaline Community Complex.

• Leaders will wear face coverings. Children are not expected to wear face coverings but are welcome to do so if they would like to.

• Members, leaders, parents or any other persons are not permitted to attend the Rock if they:
- display any symptoms of COVID-19 ( cough, temperature, difficulty breathing, loss of taste/smell);
- have been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days;
- are a close contact of a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19;
- have been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time.
