I hereby release and agree to not hold liable Rugby Relief, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims of any kind arising from my service as a volunteer and due to the ordinary negligence of Rugby Relief. I further agree to the following:

1) I acknowledge that I am a volunteer for Rugby Relief and have no expectations of compensation. I understand that Rugby Relief may, at any time, for whatever reason, make changes in my assignment or terminate my volunteer assignment with Rugby Relief. I understand that I may decide to sever my volunteer relationship with Rugby Relief at any time, and notice of such a decision must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

2) I understand and agree as a volunteer that this Release discharges the Rugby Relief from any liability or claim that I may have against Rugby Relief with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my activities with Rugby Relief, whether caused by negligence of Rugby Relief or its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or otherwise.

3) I understand that Rugby Relief does not assume any responsibility for and has no obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance, in the event of injury or illness.

4) I agree to release and hold harmless Rugby Relief from claims of any kind that may arise out of my performance as a volunteer. I waive any right of action against Rugby Relief in consideration of being allowed to serve as a volunteer.

5) I understand and agree to abide by all policies and procedures of Rugby Relief relating to the performance of duties and responsibilities assigned to me, including but not limited to policies regarding work place conduct, safety, honesty, and attendance.

6) I understand that my assigned activities may include work that may be hazardous to me, including but not limited to: construction, loading and unloading activities, and transportation to and from the work sites. I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm inherent in any of my assigned activities and release Rugby Relief from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from these activities.

7) I give my consent for photographs to be taken of me by Rugby Relief on their website, social media platforms, and other media purposes. I understand that I will receive no compensation for such uses. I retain the right to have any photographs discontinued from use in any or all of the above venues upon request, and if, at any time, I wish my photograph(s) to be discontinued from any of the above, it is my responsibility to contact the organization to make this request.
