Want to use your voice to make a difference?
Have you experienced a sense of loss that’s been hard to put into words? Loss can take many forms—falling out with a close friend, missing someone or something you cherished, mourning the support you never received, feeling overwhelmed by global issues or uni work, or grieving hopes that went unfulfilled. At its core, grief arises whenever we experience the absence of something meaningful in our lives.

We’re running a study to hear how young people in Scotland (16–26) are dealing with these changes and finding ways to move forward.

Fancy getting involved in a half-day workshop on 28 June, from 10am to 4pm to create an impact to the youth community?

The workshop will take place at Hot Chocolate Trust (The Steeple, Nethergate, Dundee, DD1 4DG)
