Lift Tendring Sixth Form Partnership Agreement 2025/26
By accepting a place at Lift Tendring Sixth Form, students must adhere to and abide by the standards listed below. 
Students agree to:
  • Attend all timetabled lessons, assemblies, tutor time and additional commitments such as enrichment activities.
  • Be punctual and ensure they are signed in and out of college.
  • Work hard and to the best of their ability and develop independent learning.
  • Use study periods productively.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Behave in a way that is appropriate to an educational establishment and professional work environment.
  • Follow the Lift Tendring Sixth Form dress code.
  • Adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Behave appropriately and respectfully on the way to and from college.
  • Take appropriate steps to ensure no work is plagiarised.
  • Observe the Lift Tendring Sixth Form guidelines. Students must not smoke, consume alcohol or illegal substances, or carry a weapon on or off the premises during the College day, including to and from Lift Tendring Sixth Form. This will result in permanent exclusion and if appropriate, police will be informed.
  • Adhere to the Attendance Policy.
  • Take responsibility for what you do or fail to do. 
  • Fully understand the consequences if one or more of these agreements as highlighted in this handbook are not met.
