The Inter-Asian Council (IAC) is the student organization that represents the Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) community at JHU. In addition to serving as an umbrella organization for the various cultural groups on campus, IAC also organizes programs and seeks to address issues affecting the AAPI community.
We are now accepting applications for our 2016-2017 liaison program. These spots are open for all years! Liaisons are new members who serve as intermediaries between the IAC executive board and the general Hopkins student body. Their responsibilities include attending biweekly discussions on AAPI issues and current events, rotating through the departments to gain a better understanding of IAC, and planning a collaborative event with our constituent groups aimed at educating and engaging the public.
Applications for the liaison program are open for all years! The deadline for this application will be Thursday, 9/22 at 11:59pm.
Please sign up for an interview on Saturday, 9/24 or Sunday, 9/25:
