Ballet Melange Academy and Ballet Melange accept students without regard to race, sex, religion, national origin or disability. Dancers and families agree to abide by all BMA/Ballet Melange policies, including payment policies, as set forth in the Student Handbook, available on the BMA website.
BMA and Ballet Melange assume no responsibility for any accident or injury to the student in any class, function, event or while on premises. I hereby release, discharge, and otherwise indemnify Ballet Melange Academy and Ballet Melange against any claim by or on behalf of my dancer son/daughter as a result of my son's/daughter's participation in auditions.
Registered student also consents to the use of photographic or video images for BMA/Ballet Melange publicity purposes.
