Dear all,

We are Elemental Adventures CIC, a not-for-profit social enterprise based on the west coast of Wales, near Cardigan.

We have created this questionnaire as part of a community consultation because we are interested in our community's needs and want to provide a service which reflects those needs.

We have seen, through our existing services, an increase in children and families experiencing neurodiversities. We are keen to understand how we can best support these families, through service provision and staff training.

We really value your ideas and experience!

The results of this questionnaire will help shape our future projects and show proof of need for our funders, without whom we would not be able to provide these services.

We would like to offer a 1:1 support service to support families in understanding and managing complex behaviours resulting from neurodivergent needs. This could be 1:1 with children or for the whole family.
