All content must be:

• Relevant to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture, or creativity
• Aligned with Style Canada’s tone, quality, and visual standards
• Thoughtful, well-written, and professionally presented

Content ideas may be pitched by contributors or assigned by our editorial team. Final approval and edits are handled by Style Canada.

Editorial Process:

• Pitch or assignment is approved
• Content is submitted by the agreed deadline
• Editorial review and light editing (clarity, tone, length)
• Content is scheduled and published on style.ca
• Collaborative post on Instagram

Rights & Usage

• Contributors retain ownership of their work
• By submitting content, contributors grant Style Canada a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and promote the content across its platforms
• Content may not be republished elsewhere without prior approval

This is an un-paid partnership. By participating, contributors acknowledge that no monetary compensation is provided.

Participation is ongoing and may be ended by either party at any time. Style Canada reserves the right to remove content that does not meet editorial standards.
