Kindergarten Screening Sign-Up   2019-2020
Hello!  Welcome Future Jaguar Cubs to Seckman Elementary!

Please complete the Student and Parent information below to sign up for a kindergarten screening.
Choose a date that you are available to bring your future Kindergarten student for a screening.  
Click Next and choose a time that works best for you on your selected date.
You will receive a copy of your request after your request is submitted.

Registration for the upcoming school year is Thursday, March 21, 2019.  
Children must be 5 years old on or before July 31st, 2019.
You will need the following documents to register your child:
Birth Certificate
Health/Immunization Record
Proof of Residency

***If you need to change your Screening appointment after you sign up, Please call Seckman Elementary at 636-296-2030 and ask for Cheri Estopare to reschedule.
