Games Pack Enquiry Form
Booking conditions:
  • Games Pack equipment is only available to NAYC affiliated groups.
  • A group can hire up to 3 items of NAYC Games Pack equipment at any one time.
  • Booking enquiries can only be made using this form and not over the phone. For any additional queries you can email our team at yd@nayc.org. 
  • All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when NAYC have agreed the availability of items, as well as collection and return dates and times.
  • Equipment will need to be collected from King's Park Store in Northampton at the agreed date and time, and returned to King's Park Store by 2pm the following day.
  • Upon collection, an Equipment Booking Form must be signed by a group member and NAYC before equipment is taken away.
  • The equipment has a risk assessment, and the group takes responsibility for use of the equipment and must ensure it is used safely, responsibly and under constant supervision by an appropriate adult.
  • The group will have current liability insurance that includes use of activities equipment.
  • The group look after the equipment and report any damaged or missing parts.
  • There is a small charge to cover the consumables used in some of the activities. Prices for these can be found in the "Descriptions" section of the Games Pack catalogue. Please pay in cash when collecting.
