Please fill the form until May 31th 2018. Brazilian participants please be aware of deadlines to ask for funds of local sponsors.

For participants who don´t need financial aid for hotel please contact directly the hotels Leblon all Suites (reservas@leblonallsuites.com) and Ritz Leblon (reservas@ritzhotel.com.br) by email to make your reservations, mentioning the participation in the event Weak KAM Rio.  We booked from July 22th to July 27th, but of course there is some flexibility in the dates.

We can pay double rooms for participants contributing to the event for 5 nights, we hope to accommodate most of you in the Leblon all Suites since it is less expensive than the Ritz. The daily rates of these hotels (in case you don´t share room) are : Leblon all Suites, 330 reais (about 100 US$ by today exchange rate), Ritz 525 reais , 10% service included (160 US$). Participants needing financial aid for hotel who decide to occupy individually a room should pay 50% of the rate to the organization.

There is a registration fee of 300 reais, to be paid upon arrival in Rio, registration is free for students. We don´t have funds for daily expenses and plane tickets unfortunately. We are looking forward to see you in Rio.
