Red Talk Proposal Form
Red Talks are 10 minute informational presentations that are given by DSA members at general membership meetings. Please tell us about your proposed talk below and a member of the education committee will contact you after reviewing your proposal.
Synopsis (1-2 Paragraphs)
Why is this topic important to DSA?
Is this topic timely to a current issue or event? (explain)
What sources and background are you drawing your information from?
Speaking in front of the entire Chapter can be intimidating, have you had any prior experience with large group presentations?
Please explain briefly why you feel confident that you will be comfortable presenting your topic:
The Education Committee must review and approve your topic for presentation as a Red Talk. Please choose an option below for presenting your talk to the review committee:
Present at an Education committee meeting (We meet every other Sunday from 4:30 – 6:30pm at 350 Alabama Street)
Email a video recording of your presentation to us:
