IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT COVID-19
The safety of the Vashon community and our Fix-It staff is our primary concern. The Fix-It Cafe will require all staff and participants to be fully vaccinated and in addition no-one should attend if they have any sickness or symptoms, irrespective of their vaccination status. Masks must be worn indoors and social distancing exercised.
This Fix-It Cafe will offer virtual fixing advice by Zoom as well as the option of dropping off items for later collection. The Fixers will work mainly outside at the Eagles’ clubhouse.

Provide as much detail as you can as to how it's acting up. Did the problem arise suddenly or over time? Can you reproduce the issue reliably or is it intermittent?
Have you tried fixing it yourself or done research on the internet to see if someone's had a similar problem?
Optional, but helpful! What does your item weigh in decimal lbs (ie: 3.5 lbs)? This helps us assess our waste stream diversion impact.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Vashon Makerspace, the Vashon Tool Library, the Vashon Island Time Exchange, Zero Waste Vashon, Vashon Eagles, their employees, agents and volunteers, and any others acting on their behalf, from any and all responsibilities or liability from damages or injuries of any kind to my property, anyone else's property, or to me or any other person, in my party or otherwise, as a result of my participation in this event. I hereby grant the Vashon Tool Library and the Vashon Island Time Exchange and their agents the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographs and video taken at the event.
