OTG Sign Up Packages
Please select a sign up package. All packages are non negotiable. All packages must be paid and current to train. If your credit or debit card is declined you will not be allowed to train until it is rectified, in cash, and a new card provided. There will also be a $35.00 card declination fee.  There is only one legal contract here at OTG - The 90 day package means that you are making a commitment for at least 90 days to pay the monthly installment. Failure to train does not release you from the agreement. If you select the 90 day agreement you are agreeing to those terms. Military discount requires ID.
