Fill this out each time you volunteer during Marching Season.  Once you have completed your 10 hours (4 in the concession stand), please email angie.hervey@wyliebulldogs.org to request your $75 refund.  The refund does not happen automatically, you must request it.  You must request your refund by November 16, 2026.
