Carolina Challenge Student Team Application
Established in 2005, the Carolina Challenge has become one of the most dynamic and exciting hallmarks of the UNC entrepreneurship ecosystem. As UNC’s flagship venture competition, the Carolina Challenge gives students the chance to win seed funding for their early or late-stage idea. Approximately $35K in total prize money is distributed amongst the most promising ventures each year in both profit and non-profit/social tracks.

This year, the Carolina Challenge is looking to recruit a team of innovative, driven, and passionate students to spearhead the planning and implementation of the Pitch Party in the fall and the Makeathon in late January. Activities would include recruiting judges and student participants, developing relationships with sponsors, creating a vision for logistics, and championing the center's diversity and inclusion values. If you are an individual that is excited by entrepreneurship or has an applicable skill to bring to the table, this team may be a great place to showcase that passion.
