If this is your first time seeking help for weight loss or living a healthier lifestyle OR you aren’t alone, if you've lost count of the number of times you’ve started a diet. Either way, I’ll do all I can to help you achieve your desired goals

Call upon your inner warrior and commit to the process.
Show up for the private one-on-one calls.
Show up to the group Zoom calls.
Do the daily journal prompts.
Do the weekly lessons and homework.
Examine limiting beliefs.
Be patient, loving, and kind to yourself.

During the interview, you'll have the opportunity to ask me questions and learn more about One Size Fits None. The conversation will offer you a chance to know if the program is right for you and if working together, it is a good fit.
