This type of coaching is for people who truly want to change their mindset around food, health, and how they react to everyday things in their life. It's for people who are ready to do the deep work to change their habits so that they no longer have to "diet". It will reach WAY beyond your body and your weight, and the tools you learn in this coaching will permeate throughout your entire life: your relationships, work/business, friendships, etc.

In this one on one coaching, I will give you:
*Individualized Macro Calculations
*Mindset Shift Coaching-in this session we’ll figure out what has been holding you back from achieving your goals and how we can get to the root of the problem to help you stay on track
*1, 30 min call/month
*Weekly Email Check Ins
*Daily Text Check Ins with Affirmation for the day!
*Supplement Recommendations
*Workout Recommendations (depending on what your current regimen is like) and option to upgrade to an online streaming service
*Food List/Guide
*Access to my private support group (if desired)
*Personal Development Recommendations and Morning Routine Guidance
*Unlimited access to me on Voxer (a walkie talkie app)

By working one on one, you will learn how to:
*Track your macronutrients (carbs, fats, proteins) for YOUR body and lifestyle in order to reach your fitness goals
*Get rid of the “all or nothing” mentality when it comes to dieting and stop starting over on Monday’s
*Have someone IN YOUR CORNER everyday checking in on you, answering questions, and holding you accountable
*Master your freakin MINDSET so you can finally make this a LIFESTYLE and ditch the diet mentality (no restrictive diets here)
*Finally make health a lifestyle and never feel like you're "dieting" again
*Get down to the deep seated limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from living your dream life.
