Artwear 2025: Submit a garment for the show
This form has multiple sections, it tries to be smart and only have you fill out what is absolutely necessary
  1. This first section gives us permission to use your personal information to identify who you are; we are legally required to ask this question to collect such information.
  2. The second section asks for your name and contact info, and information about your garment
  3. The next sections asks for info about how your garment will be presented
  4. if you have a gmail or Google mail account, you can upload a photo*
  5. finally, you submit the form.
*we will have an alternative method for photos for members without gmail or Google accounts
