2 CHECK-IN LOCATIONS:

LAKE ROWENA PARK (1200 Lakeshore Dr., Orlando)

LAKE FORMOSA PARK (1801 Alden Rd., Orlando)

🍀  Please bring your completed waiver to the check-in table or fill one out day of the event. Volunteers completing a waiver are entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card.


LAND AND WATER BASED CLEANUP

Please bring:  water to drink, watercraft suitable for shallow water (optional)

What to wear: closed toed shoes/boots, sunscreen, hat


PLEASE NOTE:  The City of Orlando gives FLHCL special permission to launch small boats for our lake cleanups.  Launching boats from the shoreline is normally prohibited to prevent damage to this fragile ecosystem and to help restore water quality. 

Central Florida Recon has kayaks available at Formosa Park on a first-come first-served basis

Keep Orlando Beautiful (KOB) provides tongs, safety vests, bags, gloves, etc.
