    Quality Improvement Suggestion System (QUISS)

    QUISS is a formalized mechanism which encourages students and stakeholders to contribute constructive ideas for improving any processes of the department or office of the Colegio. This part of the CSS form may be accomplished by those who did not avail of any services of the Colegio but would like to bring out areas for improvement. As you accomplish the QUISS, please understand that the information you provide us include your name, address, email, classification, address, and contact number. We use these information in validating your forwarded suggestion, and share these to concerned parties. The Colegio’s Quality Policedure on Data Privacy covers how we retain and dispose personal data and handle data breaches. We also serve the right for you to withdraw your personal data anytime for reasonable cause through formal notice to our office.
