About VALE:
VALE is a school designed to transform learning experiences for students.  We believe that learning should happen at the intersection of passion and purpose and that students should see the value of learning content when it is a vehicle for you to engage in real world problems designed, researched, ideated, prototyped and tested by you.  What does this mean?  It means every student at VALE is an entrepreneur and finds personally relevant challenges in their learning.  Once a VALE student has solidified their approach to a learning challenge, they will spend a unit of study deeply understanding its nuances, identifying and creating possible solutions and then engaging with experts and mentors in the field as students become change makers for our world... right here, right now.

During their day, students will engage in the following coursework. 1) PBL Core: engage in authentic problem based learning opportunities aligned to their core graduation requirements 2) Entrepreneurship and Leadership: gain college certification in entrepreneurial studies by exploring leadership and entrepreneurship from the mindsets of an innovator to building your own start-up 3) AVID: choose from a variety of weekly seminar topics to deepen your knowledge, skills, habits and dispositions as a learner and human being and 4) Essential Skills: Engage in the work of living into our values, BRAVING trust and learning to rise.
