2018 WildFire Vendor Application
WildFire Retreat is a teaching retreat, for all aspects of the fire arts. Our mission is to have vendors that embody the WildFire Ethics of teaching and building community, and that maintain safe construction in the goods they sell.

Vendors still pay full price for their ticket to WildFire. We see this as yet another way you volunteer to make this retreat special. Approved vendors are guaranteed tickets.

Applications must be submitted for consideration for Spring WildFire by August 1st. Notification if you have been accepted to vend will be sent to you on September 14th - 17th.

Please note that there is No Vendor Fee for May 2018 WildFire!
Approval is required to vend & will be only allowed in the Dinning Hall. No back pack vending unless it is pre-approved, if vending occurs outside of approved guidelines you will be required to pay a vending fee.
