注：1) 为了确保中华会馆会员信息的准确性，会员登记每年进行一次。不论付费或者非付费会员，有效期都是每年的6月30日。

沙省舞城中华会馆 （Moose Jaw Chinese Community Network)
We invite you to register as members of the MJCCN so that we can inform you of upcoming activities. The information you provide on the following form is only accessible to the MJCCN Directors and will be only used for contacting you when needed. It will not be shared with any third parties.
Note that:
1) To ensure the currency of membership information, your MJCCN membership expires on June 30th of each year. All MJCCN members, whether they are paid or unpaid members, are asked to use this form to re-register before June 30th each year.
2) If there is more than one member who is 18 years of age or older in the same family, each member needs to register separately.
3) Members under 18 in the same family do not need to fill out the registration form separately, as their names will be included with one of the adult members of the family.
4) What you are registering for is the Moose Jaw Chinese Community Network. It was formerly known as the Moose Jaw Chinese Association (the “Original Moose Jaw Chinese Association”), which has more than a hundred years of history. Since its name was stolen by another group of local people a few years ago, the organization's name is now changed to Moose Jaw Chinese Community Network (MJCCN). MJCCN is the same organization that has been known to local people for many decades, but it now has nothing to do with the new "Moose Jaw Chinese Association Inc." (MJCA Inc.) While we condemn the dishonest behaviour of those who stole the name, we hold no negative opinions against those who are members of that organization. On the contrary, we sincerely welcome those who are current members of the MJCA Inc. to join MJCCN. For details of the history of MJCCN and its name change, check out MJCCN's web site:
