This is an exciting job, but carries a tremendous amount of responsibility. Before we hire anyone, we must be fair in communicating what is expected by WDWGetaways, Destinations and the client. We absolutely want each agent working with us to understand prior to accepting the job what is expected.
This job is not for everyone because it requires you to be mistake free. This requires organization, time, energy and knowledge. Each client's vacation is important and the trust they place in you is an honor. Working with us, you must:
Be available at any time. Many clients deal with their personal business after normal business hours.
Check email daily and respond within a maximum of 4 hours to clients:
Listen – It is important in selling travel products, that you do not sell your vacation. You must be willing to listen and assess each guests’ needs
Organization – We have a system in place that keeps us well organized and you must not forget anything on any client. You are dealing with money, flight numbers, confirmation numbers etc. that can easily be transposed. It is best to make no mistakes, but if one is made you have to be willing to make it right. You must understand that sometimes making it right requires that you pay the expenses incurred with that mistake.
Agreement – We maintain several things in order for us to do what we do, and each has costs and responsibilities associated with them. We are contracted with many vacation destinations and vacation providers worldwide. Each of these companies has agreed to work with and allow WDWGetaways to be an agent of their product. You must agree to be professional and virtually error free when representing WDWGetaways and by extension, any of the companies we are contracted with.
Agent agrees to complete the training process within 30 days of the date the contract is signed.
Please type your name below if you agree to all of the above.
