Dr.Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy scholars and staff should submit a ticket to the student-led Technology Help Desk if they are experiencing issues with technology or to make a reservation for technology in your classroom. A Technology Ambassador is your first point of contact in resolving technology issues at our school.
The Technology Help Desk is your first step for getting help with your technology issues. Our Technology Ambassadors are a team of tech-savvy student leaders who manage Level One Tech Support using an online help desk to troubleshoot and problem solve around technology issues for students and staff.
