Thank you for wanting to be part of the team for the Gold Coast Summer Festival place on 14/15th Sept 2024 at Gold Coast Performance Centre in Runaway Bay. If you can fill in the below information we will be able to allocate roles and ensure everyone has a great weekend.

ACCOMMODATION - we have onsite accommodation reserved for our judging and crew team. This is limited so will be be based on people's travel distance to attend the event, but please put it down if you would like to be considered for the accommodation

The event will take place at 1 Sports Dr, Runaway Bay QLD 4216, Australia and will be on:
- Saturday (Sept 14th) - arrive by 7.15am until 5.45pm

- Sunday (Sept 15th) - arrive by 6.50am until 2pm

On Saturday and Sunday there will be 50 min breaks throughout the days for judges. All judges will be supported throughout the day by a Master Judge and a Judge Liaison to assist with any queries or issues that may arise. Crew will be on a rotation system so will also receive regular breaks. There will be free parking at the venue for our team.

Everyone who joins the team over the weekend will receive:
- Turf Judge or Crew Tee

- Turf socks

- Accommodation (if required)

- Drinks, lunch and snacks all weekend

- 25% discount on Turf merchandise and other vendors at the event

- Entry to the after party and a free drink upon entry

- Turf 8 week training programme

The difference between judges and crew:

JUDGE - you will be assigned to a workout and will be responsible for scoring that workout throughout the day. We will provide you with everything you need on the day, plus an online briefing prior to the weekend so you arrive at the venue ready to go. Don't worry if you haven't judged before, you will be fully briefed beforehand and have a Master Judge and a judge liaison in each arena plus a Head Judge to guide you and support you throughout the event.

CREW - you will be assigned a role on one of the following areas - Registration, Crew Room, Warm Up Area, Turf Shop, Marshall - and will be part of a team that rotates through these areas throughout the day.
