Whare Flat Folk Festival - Artist Application
Applications for the festival are welcome at any time, however those received after the end of May are less likely to be successful as we try to confirm our guest list in June. The festival runs from Sunday 30th December 2018 to Wednesday 2nd January 2019 inclusive. Here's what we typically request of a festival guest: One 50 minute daytime concert, one or more workshop/masterclass in your field of expertise or interest, one 20 minute performance in an evening variety concert.

Please note: it is expected that artists are onsite for the duration of the festival - from Sunday afternoon to the morning of Thursday 3rd January, unless by prior arrangement.
