2025 Fall HERO – Current EMT Application

This is the 2025 fall application for individuals that currently hold a state EMT-B license, have completed an EMT course, have taken the NREMT exam, and/or have started an EMT course with the intention of receiving their certification elsewhere. Please complete the application by September 29 @ 11:59 PM EST (there will be no extensions to this deadline).

The written application consists of a few short introductory questions, 4 short answer questions (250 word limit), and one long essay (450 word limit). You must attend an in-person meet & greet session for your application to be considered.
