Volunteer with Happy Mums
The information you provide in this application form will be used only to assess your suitability for volunteering with The Happy Mums Foundation CIC. It will be stored securely in accordance with our General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) policy. If you are successful in your application the information will be held securely in a personal file (manual and electronic) for the duration of your time volunteering with us in order for us to a) contact you about your volunteering role and b) support your development, and then seven years afterwards, at which point it will be securely destroyed. If you are unsuccessful the information will be held for six months after the recruitment process has ended and then securely destroyed.
